Sally has groomed my dog a handful of times. She sometimes left nicks or razor burn on his toes and sensitive areas in the past, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt as he’s sometimes anxious. After our last grooming, once inside, after a few minutes my entire house’s floors were spattered with fresh blood like a crime scene. Blood on my tiles, rugs, furniture! His nail had been cut to the quick and left untreated bleeding out. All his paws were all nicked snd sheared so roughly. Cruelty. I applied powder to stop his bleeding, but I am still cleaning my floors and rugs. Do not expect Sally on time or on the date you scheduled. She has been late to most appointments by 30 min or more and has rescheduled numerous times.

Sally J has outdone herself once again! My boy Sharky Shark 🦈 came home looking like royalty after an absolutely PERFECT Lion Cut and luxurious bath! His coat is beautifully groomed, he’s soft as silk, and he smells like a million bucks! I’m convinced Sally needs to launch her own line of feline cologne — “Sally’s Catlogne” — because whatever she’s using on Sharky Shark ought to be bottled and sold! 😂 Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine love for animals are second to none. Sharky Shark walked in a cat and came home the King of the Jungle! 🦁 Sally, you’re simply the best! Five stars aren’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love Sally, she is so kind and gentle with my babies. She understands their needs, is patient with them, always communicating with me. Seriously the best groomer I’ve ever had.
